Who Can Take Lessons: Any Elgin County resident, 18 or older may sign up for lessons.

ABSENTEE NOTIFICATION EMAIL
Absences apply only to club members playing at St. Joe's.
Club members must meet the 40% participation rule for indoor play at St. Joe's to renew their membership. Exceptions
to the rule are allowed for medical reasons, injuries, vacations and any other reason deemed acceptable by the
Directors that result in a minimum of four consecutive playing sessions missed by the member.

Please send an email IN ADVANCE of travel or vacation OR as soon as possible for absences due to
medical issues or injury. Include your name(s), current date, dates you will be absent & reason for your absence.
